ChApex Biodefense & Cybernetics LLC
Defense-Grade Resilience for Biologically Contested and Hybrid Threat Environments
About ChApex Biodefense & Cybernetics
ChApex Biodefense & Cybernetics LLC is an independent innovation company founded by inventor and CEO Chase Miller, whose work integrates biodefense engineering with multidomain strategic forecasting. Dedicated to developing defense-grade resilience systems that safeguard continuity in biologically contested and hybrid threat environments. Launching administrative functions from Oklahoma while planning to expand operations to Massachusetts, ChApex combines regional grounding with access to advanced research and defense innovation ecosystems. Our mission is to transform advanced intellectual property into scalable systems that strengthen national, institutional, and community readiness.
Cybernetics reflects ChApex's focus on adaptive systems, feedback mechanisms, and resilient decision architectures. ChApex delivers dual paths for cutting-edge solutions engineered to maintain operational safety during biological disruptions and anticipate emerging threats. Our flagship technologies represent the convergence of biodefense engineering, cybernetic systems thinking, and multidomain threat analysis, an approach Miller has termed "Polemodynamics" for strategic preparedness. https://www.linkedin.com/in/gchase-miller
Our Core Solutions
Advanced Pathogen Threshold Defense System (AP-TDS)
The Advanced Pathogen Threshold Defense System (AP‑TDS), developed by G. Chase Miller, Founder of ChApex Biodefense & Cybernetics LLC, is a next‑generation contamination control platform designed to stop pathogens at critical entry points. Its modular architecture allows deployment at checkpoints, military installations, hospitals, and public environments.
Hybrid Warfare Multidomain Assessment Probabilistic Forecasting Model (HYBWAR-MAP)©
An advanced strategic forecasting system designed to anticipate hybrid threat vectors, identify systemic vulnerabilities, and deliver structured scenario analysis across 13 domains. HYBWAR-MAP© enables strategic decision-making through advanced probabilistic modeling and multidomain threat assessment.
About Founder
G. Chase Miller, Founder and CEO of ChApex Biodefense & Cybernetics LLC, is an inventor specializing in biodefense and multidomain forecasting. He completed graduate-level coursework in Government Security Studies through Johns Hopkins University (ABT), focusing on national security, emerging threats, and hybrid warfare. Miller created the HYBWAR‑MAP hybrid warfare forecasting model and the Advanced Pathogen Threshold Defense System (AP‑TDS) for pathogen defense and improving public safety.
